Description

The cryogenic storage tank, also known as the cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank, is a vertical or horizontal double-layer vacuum insulated pressure vessel. The inner tank is made of austenitic stainless steel; the material of the outer container is Q345R according to the regulations. The inner and outer container interlayers are filled with insulating material pearl sand and evacuated. Product specifications are 5-200 cubic meters, working pressure 0.8/1.6Mpa.

Nitrogen is mainly used as a protective gas in the metallurgical industry, such as steel rolling, galvanizing, chrome, heat treatment, continuous casting and so on. In addition, the quality of iron can be improved by blowing nitrogen gas into the blast furnace. Low temperature liquid nitrogen storage tanks can be widely used in industries such as electronics industry, chemical industry, petroleum industry and glass industry that need to store a large amount of nitrogen.

Performance:

1. Using double-wall vacuum powder insulation, complete quality assurance system, strict manufacturing process, and imported key components, the quality is stable and reliable.

2. Using high-quality pearl sand filling, the whole low-temperature storage tank is used for helium mass spectrometry leak detection, which has good thermal insulation performance, small evaporation loss and long service life.

3. Imported paint ensures that the product has a more beautiful appearance and a longer anti-corrosion life.

4. The storage tank has a compact structure and advanced pipeline and process design, which is simpler and safer to operate, more convenient to maintain, safe and reliable.

5. There are two types: discrete and horizontal. In addition to conventional products, cryogenic liquid storage tanks of various capacities and pressure levels can be designed and manufactured.
